At Avanc our mission is to make biological risk in the environment visible in real time. We believe early detection is key to limiting harm to human, animal and environmental health.

We are a small, close-knit team working across scientific and engineering disciplines. We challenge and empower each other to grow our product, tech and the company as a whole. 

Our HQ is at Future Space in Bristol and most days are in the office and lab. There is flexibility to work from home when life requires. Our culture is one of trust. We are also keen explorers and adventurers and take our work-life balance seriously.
